    I hate to say this, but the stock bellcrank crosstube and mechanical rods actually work suprisingly well, as long as you have the correct parts for your application. The biggest problem is getting the wrong crosstube with the wrong angles/distances so things don't work as intended.

    Maybe, but my plan is to get hanging pedals and that is not an option then.
