I got the Dana 20 twin stick installed. When i had the shifters looesly attached to the Dana 20, it shifted fine. After i tightened it all down and botled the floor on, the Tcase will not go into front low. I have the detent balls in, so i know i have to put the rear stick in low first before the front, but it is not budging. You can see the shifter rod on the dana 20 has a dirt mark where it was shifted into low before, but it just wont go any further, i am thinknig i need to adjsut the linakge a bit, but not sure where it is binding at. i cant see any problem with it. The Tcase goies into 4WD high no problem. And suggestions?

it could be Dan your just fighting the spline engagement for low range
trying rocking the Jeep by hand or fire it up and move slowly

i moved it back and forth, and still nothing. only thing i can think of is that it is tightened down too much, because it did work before i tightened the bolts down for the handles to the linkage
