gas tank sending unit

I have the 15 gal tank under my 75 CJ5. Anyone know where to geta replacement set and what it costs? Also I'm lost as to posting info on my profile. Can anyone help with this. I've tried several times, but not getting anywhere.

 

Turner's lists Jeep PN 5357373 in two styles, cheap and Stewart-Warner. http://www.thejeep.com/onlinecatalog/p111.htm Should be all the same, '70-86.
