Hey guys, since I'm a manual kind of guy in regards to transmissions I was wondering the following.

TF-999 takes about 10 Qts dry and seeing we installed a 90% dry tranny (less a little left in the T-Converter-Although I drained it some) I was wondering how much I should put in at first?

I did put 4 qts in the tranny a few minutes ago but was wondering if I should add more for initial start up etc.

    Thanks,
    Jim

Ok wiring done (need to dress it up in the engine bay), B&M shifter installed.

Need to install the shifter cable, drive shaft (temp-he is getting one made), Trans fluid and glass packs.

That's all we can think about for now and she should be on the road.

OK Jr's Engine swap from a AMC 304 manual transmission/D20 transfer case to AMC 360 v8 automatic transmission/D-300 transfer case is complete except for some tweaking of the carb and what he need to wrap up in side etc. One down, two to go before winter hits us.

Thank you, than you, thank you all for the help on this one :)

Ok Jr had a rear DShaft built and when he gets more cash we will have the Waggy's front DShaft cut down to fit.

He has 3" of slip and that's all the guy said he could do.

Old DS and Yoke were garbage and the guy said he needed new bearings. That will come later/$$

    DS look nice.

About aluminium it's an upgrade from copper, because alu absorb and dissipate heat more than copper. I'M running a copper 3 core with dual fan (coutour mystique fan) and engine keep cool on and off the road. Important with rad is the air flow. If you don't have enought air going trought it, it won't work very good. That's why a shroud is important.

Ok finished product. Next to paint the tub.
Shot the base of the roll bar and the bar itself will be the tub color.
