Need Advise On Bleeding Ps Pump

Hi guy, yesterday i change my high pressure hoze between the ps pump and the steering box. (saginaw pump)

I'm go trought the bleeding procedure after changing the hoze but there is a strange thing that happen.

When i start the engine, the pump suck up all the oïl in the reserve and when i stop the engine oïl coming back into the reserve and even overflowing the reserve.

I bleeded again the system but there always some bubble coming up even if i do 15-20 turn lock to lock (engine off, Wheel off the ground). Sometime when turning the Wheel the oïl lever get so high in the reserve it start to overlfow...

Forgot to tell that i have a ram assist, a oïl cooler and a oïl filter on the steering system.

Does the system can suck air from connection (ps pump or steering box) causing infinite bubble?

Yes but if there bubble in the system it will cause cavitation? air making the oïl foaming?

Give it a try during lunch time, you were right and i was missing a quart a oïl in the system, now seem to work right and there is just a little difference in oïl level between engin running and engine off.
