Not a good driveshaft angle -- WITH PIC!!!!!

As I understand it, from the factory condition, the pinions on the rear axle and the xfer case rear output are close to the same (near parallel). Any deviation from this (without a cv joint) will give bad harmonics. If yours is stock configuration, the angle of the driveshaft will be the same at the axle as it is at the xfer case. It takes about two hours to cut the spring perches and weld new ones.
