Oil Slinger

I rebuilt the T15 that I'm going to put in the 3B. Working on the tcase now.
I'm finished with the trans, but now i'm second guessing myself about the oil slinger. The Novak instructions says to install with the raised race area toward the front. The inner portion is offset toward the rear and the outer portion is toward the front, is the way I installed it. My worry is lube to the front bearing. That's an awful small area for oil to pass thru. Is this correct, or did I goof? I forgot how it come out.
