Does anyone have any experience with the Omix-Ada stock replacement fuel tank? I've tried multiple fittings for the fuel line fitting but 1/4 is too small and 3/8 is too big... Thinking it could be metric...?

Did you try 5/16" fuel line? I bought a new fuel tank from 4WD.com, first I bought a plastic tank, the inlet did not line up in the hole in the body, I returned it and bought a steel one and everything worked out good. I shimmed it up about a 1/4" to keep water and sand from building up under the tank. I can blow out the sand and water that gets under the tank, to keep it from rusting. You don't say what year your Jeep is, so I am assuming it is an under the seat tank. Something to consider, put a petcock on the drain in the tank, you can drain off a gallon if you need it, or let out bad gas if your gas goes bad. Good Luck.
