Not really much help for your front disc conversion since I had to run a 1" spacer to clear (barely) my rotors, but here are my unknown manufacturer 15x8's that I custom made hub caps for. There are actually two different rims, the difference being where the valve stem hole is. Never did find any markings to indicate who made them.

Fesser, those are, without a doubt, the absolute best looking set of wheels in my humble opinion. The poverty caps/white wheels are incredible.

Fesser, your wheels really are great. Did you have to cut the hubcap to fit the lockers?

OzFin, are your center holes big enough to go over the lockers?

Thanks. Yes. I found the dog dish hubcaps online that would fit these rims, stock Jeep ones would not (at least the two different sizes I had here wouldn't). They were stainless domes and I wanted the Jeep logo and the hole in the fronts for the locking hubs. I had a machine shop cut the center holes in all four, all the same size. I trimmed down a pair of Jeep hubcap inserts that I bought from ebay and silicone sealed them into the rear caps. The front holes I left alone. In the picture they don't look all that centered, and they may not be. They actually fit over the hubs when the hubs protruded out another inch before the spacers. Back to your original reason for posting...I have a couple of 15x8 chrome wagon wheels that cleared the discs without the spacers. I will check and see if I can determine who made them. The difference is the first step inside the rim that reduces the diameter happens further toward the center of the wheel, allowing the caliper to clear. My white ones have the step sooner which caused the conflict. Sorry for eating up so much of your post.

I'm going to guess that Fesser's white rims are the same as Greevesman's black rims. A picture of Fesser's rim without a hubcap would confirm.

I bought these Ansens from a friend, I had two of them tig welded from being curbed and metal finished them by hand. They are 15" by 7" with 1" offset making the Jeep 2" wider.[IMG]

The black ones on my CJ-5 above can be had from Wheel Smith, in Corona Ca. Invoice looks like OU5855-2-375.
I had one made for a spare tire. 15 x 8 reversed early Ford.. Unpainted cost was $107 in late 2014. Plus tax and freight.
