Organize Pliers??? is that even LEGAL in most states? I know it's not in mine. My drawer looks like Terry's. I have a set in a roller bag, that way I know it's complete and it's what I put in my tool boxes when I go places.

I knew a guy, a former Snap On dealer, who used to make and sell those cut out pieces out of foam for industrial use. Seemed like a lot of wasted space to me but I can imagine some work environments where it's critical to make sure that all tools are accounted for.

And before the comments, I have had every one of those visegrips clamped on a few welding projects.

There are another half dozen that stay with the welder that don't look all that great----- The close work pairs.

These are what I have, and I REALLY like em: Billet Aluminum Socket Organizing Trays

The company, from what I understand, was started by an entrepreneurial 18 year old kid. I just think that's awesome, and the fact that the product is fantastic is icing on the cake.

Yesterday I took a magnetic bar that was made for holding tools on a wall and cut to fit cross ways in a drawer, laid it down and stuck sockets to it laying horizontal, works great and can put sockets on both sides.I hope it does not magnetize the sockets enough that you can't shake a nut out of it.....o_O

my plier drawer just started looking like Terry and Duffer's recently, at 3/4 scale though... I think I'm short a few various specimens. I have klein tools together, pliers together, side cutters together, needle noses, and the smaller versions of channel locks, etc... I can actually find stuff now. Go figure. Larger drawer, which is a combo drawer for the 15" crescent, the big-a-bent-needle nose; the big channel locks, big sockets, a breaker bar or two, etc. I put the pipe wrenches in a completely different drawer all together.

I've been trying to also to make sure I wipe them off before putting them away when needed. I cleaned A LOT of stuff recently - Awesome from the dollar store, then rinse, then your fav light spray lube (gun oil, WD-40, etc) and wipe down and put away. Reclaimed some raunchy plastic-dipped handled wrenches that were almost untouchable (covered in icky-pick and who-knows-what).

 Wonder what up wit dat. G. Krebbs.

I contacted them last week and they say they will have them ready toward the end of June. Claiming high demand and not being able to keep up. They make several different types of tools.

I'll hit them up in a few weeks and see where they're at.
