Supercharged Fhead

    I def appreciate the feedback, and maybe I'm missing something. In my sheet, with a 2.4:1 pulley ratio, that little AMR500 won't produce less air than the engine draws basically anywhere along the RPM range. My sheet doesn't take into account heat, and that can play a big role, but my proposed setup is well less than the redline on the SC.

    One of the reasons I was attracted to the AMR500 is the price and packaging.

    What thoughts/knowledge out there on boosted "flat heads" out there fore dealing with perhaps higher pressure leaking into our exhaust valve area? I assume this will give a PCV on the valve cover a serious workout?

    Plumb that back in pre-carb?

    Good thought, but no. that's what killed mine with my turbo. Oil pan kept running dry.

    Use a dedicated Catch can / air oil separator for the pcv if that is an issue. Shouldn't be an issue with a supercharger but it's a huge mess when the oil bath gets overfill. Damhik.

    I'd put a venturi tube in the air intake- gotta keep those lobes lubed :D
