Exactly which part do you want? The spring is the same as the T-17x, Jeep PN 8127059. I looked up the pins, 8126833 and see no source.
( J8127059 ) Shift Lever Spring for 1980-86 Jeep CJ & J Series with T176 or T177 Transmission By Crown Automotive
The spring is a Crown part; you could call the Crown warehouse in Canton MA and ask what else they supply. The T-150 was only used for 4 years, and the top shifter is exclusively Jeep AFAIK. The rest of the transmission is Ford passenger car, built on license by Tremec.

Mainly trying to keep it from feeling as "floppy" which I assume is a function of that spring. I assume there is no bushing on the square piece at the bottom of the cane shifter that interfaces with the shifter rails? Any seals?

The drawing is similar for the T-150 top and the T-176 top (correction - there is another drawing for the T-17x). No seal that I can see. There is a felt washer on top of the washer on top of the ball.

The pivot pins, pivot pin holes in the top, and pivot pin slots in the shift lever are all common points of wearthat will allow plenty of play in the lever. Also check the end of the lever where it fits in the shift rail slots and the rail slots themselves.
