what vacuum reading is typical for a healthy F134? I’m only getting 14-15hg. I tried to adjust ignition timing with no improvement. I’m taking reading from vacuum port below carb. I have a t fitting there for easy hookup. Wondering if not isolating it from PCV circuit is throwing off reading ?

Vacuum is best taken from the intake manifold. Not the carb throttle.
