After a few days of searching I found it! In a toolbox of "stuff I'll never need again". I prefer this to the C-frame type, and any other versions Ive tried. Craftsman from 25yr or so ago (how did I get old so fast?).

I have one of those! Probably never need it, but it takes up so little space and looks real cool...

I got one off ebay for around $20.00, also found the longer type at an antique mall.

I know the Sunnex type will work, not sure about the other style, but I like tools anyway.
