Looks like a Parker Chelsea PTO........cable operated.

Lots of them used on garbage and dump trucks.

    Maybe?

It has taken me about 4 years to hunt down the right tooth count at a reasonable price.

I threw in an aluminum radiator today. Probably gave myself some kind of lung infection doing it with all the smoke but I have priorities.

Got my T150 mostly reassembled yesterday. Had to make a countershaft arbor out of a 7/8ths wooden dowel and it worked like a charm. Waiting on my output shaft nut to come in the old one was mangled pretty good.

Finished up the power brake install on my cj5 into a cj6 project. That turned into a "Lets just do the hydraulic clutch stuff as well and Hey lets install that starter"

Had a yj pedal assembly but after looking at it I just modified my stick 73 pedal swinging assembly to run both the power brakes and the hydro clutch unit's. Still looks stock!
Plus I like the wide spacing of the stock pedal setup plus they are nice big beefy cast pedals.

The starter went on easy since the headers were out of the way.. Getting it was a nightmare in of itself. 20 years ago when i was a kid I bought a lifetime warranty starter at Autozone. Infact.. I bought all of my stuff I needed and could get from autozone because a Buddy worked there. That starter had issues where it had to get clanked around a but with a hammer to get it going. I took it off and tried to return it. Of course they couldn't find in the system.. Sure could find the other 15k worth of parts I bought through them over the years but not this one. Even had the Duralast sticker still on it... Had the gall to insinuate I could have just got it out of the salvage yard and tried to return it for a new one.... Got the store manager involved as well but he blew me off as well.
Really burned me up so I had to end up going all Karen on them and got autozone corporate involved. They said the original salesperson probably just fat fingered the phone number or something. I've had only 2 numbers I have ever used there. They stated they could see all the thousands of dollars I have spent there and a ton on it was on my AMC cars and Jeeps. Last night I got a call saying a starter showed up for me. Guess it pays to Biatch a little. Store manager was pretty ticked it seems that i went over his head.. Tough toot's ... I paid for a lifetime starter and I wanted it replaced..

I've had issues with them before..

Probably about time to switch to napa or orielly's for parts. I've used rock auto as well. Rant off.... Time to go powdercoat some Boolits.

x2 I have had similar experience there too. Don't plan on ever going back. If you get your receipt for your parts you better make a copy of it . mine was printed with some type of disappearing ink. 6 months later it was so faded you could no longer read it at all. therefor no receipt no proof you bought it from them.

They insisted they needed a receipt but like you said the ink is literally gone after a week. That's no joke.. I have a stack of them in a file cabinet that show literally no ink. Once I knew the Manager wasn't going to help me... I gave up on being the nice guy.... I asked if he wanted me to go home and get any one of the blank ones I had in the file cabinet.

I also liked the whole..." Well you bought this 20 years ago...It may not still be warrantied!"

I was literally like...What part of Lifetime warranty are we not understanding here.

Im old now...I don't like being nice all the time much anymore unless its for Old folks... ladies and little kids..

When possible i try to order my parts online for instore pickup when i dont order through Rockauto or Amazon.

This generates an electronic "paper trail" which is a lot harder to lose than a paper receipt.

My local NAPA doesnt like logging your purchaes in their computers under your name it seems. Everytime i physically go down there to buy parts they never ask for my info and give me a receipt that says "cash customer" so those items can only be returned with the paper receipt, it also prevents you from using the little 5 dollar "reward" for every 100 dollars you spend.

Started ordering all my parts i get though them via NAPA online. And if i need to get something though them face to face I make sure they log me properly.

Good for you for standing your ground(y).
The LAST time I went to the A-Zone I wanted to buy a front unit wheel brg assy for my suv. Ask them for a Timken unit, they said we have to order it, take 3 days. tried to sell me a cheap unit from ? (wun-hung-lo) brand. Probably made from recycled prince albert cans and recycled condoms. I said ''no thank you, please order the timken''. Three days later I show up for my parts, said they have it and bring out a plain white box with NO writing on it at all. No typical orange and black Timken colors or any thing to suggest it was in fact Timken. I said is it Timken, he said yeah they just ship them in a plain box. I took it out of the box and there stamped on the unit was guess what, wun hung lo stamped right on it. I ask why they send this, his reply was ''probably because they are better units''. I slid it back across the desk and said'' you know what to do with this don't you''. They made a deliberate attempt to pawn off a cheap-o unit for the higher priced Timken. I haven't been back there again.
