Going through the contents of the glove and tool box I got with the Jeep. What else came with the Jeep when it was delivered at the dealership. I have the original owners manual and jack. The lug wrench is probably not stock.

At one time I bought a very original 3B and it had the same wrench and jack.

I have the same jack and manual (1955 Second Edition) with my '57 Cj5. Only one previous owner, who saved everything. I'd have to go look and see what lug wrench I have.

Also a Willys manual (W 604) "How to Use 4 Wheel Drive."

And two different pamphlets - one for Warn LockOmatic hubs and one for Warn Automatic hubs.

Shouldn't there be a crank for the jack too?

When I bought my '73 and '75 new, they came with a scissors jack that uses the lug wrench to raise and lower. The wrench was the typical slouching-L wrench that came with American cars, with one flat end to remove hub caps. A screw jack needs a crank of some sort.

I don't think your crossbar lugwrench is correct, but the jack is. My jack original to my '64 Tux was black instead of your green, though I have seen green before. The lugwrench that came in mine new was a simple "L" shape. The only other item missing is the plastic is the "Jeep owners kit" plastic bag the manual came in (depending on the year of your Jeep). I think this was a pre-Kaiser part (leftover), as mine says Willys, even though mine is an early Kaiser Jeep.

This style jack operates by inserting the end of the lugwrench (pointed hubcap prying end) into the jack, and ratcheting it side-to-side to raise or lower it. There is a flip button to change direction.

Ah... so it's a screw jack that works like a ratchet wrench. Interesting.

Somewhere I have an L shaped lug wrench, maybe that is the original. Got to go digging. There weren't any other pamphlets in his stuff, will have to try to find them if someone could let me know what to look for.

Come to think of it I had the L wrench also. 4 way probably not original then due to needing the L for the jack.
