    This is where the wipers are parked.

    This is where the bracket parks even after manually removing the bracket/shaft and setting it 180*.

    Since there is a nut on the end of the shaft it convinced me to try harder. I could see some splines but couldn't budge it.

    Light bulb went off and I remembered this yard sale puller I bought and have never had the chance to use.
