What years did CJ5 have bottom/top wipers? This is for sale locally.

Grille indicates 69 or later due to the large turn signals. Tough to tell, but hood hinges look to be pre-70. You never know with the parts swapping on these things, but I am going to guess it is a 69.

Not sure of the exact years, but there is a top-wiper windshield, a bottom wiper model with motor on outside and rectangular glass (late 60s) and a bottom wiper model with motor on outside and arch-top glass (like above - through 1975), and the later trapezoidal-glass windshield with the motor in the cabin. Didn't we have a tech article about this?

I think the high-arch glass appeared sometime in the '68 model year. The CJ you have pictured is likely between '68 and '70, possibly as late as '71. Are there any signs of holes from reflectors near the hood latches, no sidemarker lights in the front fender lips? My best guess is '68 or '69 for the Jeep.

I say 1970 with no hood reflectors and the fender lights present, plus the VIN seems closer to '70.Just guessing really when looking at pics of these old jeeps that have been fubar'd over the years.
