Power Steering Pump And Brackets For Power Steering Conversion

    Starting my power steering upgrade soon and IM starting to acquire some parts. I’m
    Just wondering what year buick can I salvage the pump and brackets from I don t think I would have to be a v6 car I think even a 350 donor car would work?? Any pics would be great.!!!

    I think my brackets are the ones that would fit a 64-67 Buick Skylark. Far as I know, depending on how creative you want to get, you can pretty much look at any GM G-Body with a Buick V6, which covers a pretty fair number of years.

    You want a high mount PS bracket for a 350ci engine or smaller. Getting harder to find. Jeepster Guru sells them. But expensive

    That’s correct. Just not complete. Missing the all important cast aluminum triangle.

    DONT get ones for a 400-455 Buick. They look similar but won't work.

    Got some parts gathered my next job is the driver side exhaust manifold from a 231. It looks when I install It I’m gonna have clearance issues with the frame mounted mater cylinder. Anyone else experience this ?

    No issues on mine, and I upgraded to a larger Master Cylinder, due to the front disc brake conversion.
