Forgive me if im being thick here, but when we drop a transfer case to ease drive shaft angles do we create other issues? Wont that put stress on all the drivetrain components, ie tranny, and motor mounts?

Tim, I have a small problem I'm trying to figure out. It is regarding a later model steering column in a CJ6. If you could give me a number to reach you and a good time to call. I would appreciate it. I have have several question to ask so I thought it would be better to talk to you in person. You seem to be very knowledgeable on the subject.

I have a 232 in my 75 and was looking at building it up some. You seam to be the "Go to guy". Just trying to find a direction on what i want to do with my Jeep.

Someone (double R) mentioned you might be parting out a Meyers hardtop. I'm looking for door hinges, upper and lowers for both sides. Any of those in your piles? :)

I have a 73 with a fuel cell in the back seat from the previous owner. I want to move it back to the stock location, I do not have any of the original fuel storage system. My question is if I'm willing to relocate the filler to the passenger side can I use al the components from the 76 model year to include tank, straps, skid plate, filler hose, and filler neck? I need all of it, but as mentioned the 72-75 mdl year oems pieces are hard to come by?

Tim, the wheels and tires on your '75 are what I am looking for. Could I bother you for the size of the wheels and tires? (I'm assuming that my wheel source is Stockton or similar custom maker). Thanks.

Colin, I expect they are different, but I don't know for sure. Seems very unlikely that the CJ-6 is any different from the CJ-5 radiator. I recall a post or two about the difference between the '70 and '71 radiator, or '69 and '71, or something. If you can't find any info by search, post up in the forums.
