Looking for some detailed pictures and/or measurements for these brush guards. I want to make a set for my farm cj5.

    Debris catchers, I'd suspect.

They prevent tall grass/weeds from getting caught in the driveshafts.

    I get get that.

But I'm thinking of the time my young daughter looked down and said, "Daddy, we're on fire."
Leaves and seeds packed into the skid plate...

Those shields look to me like they could hold a lot of hay seed. Just my .02.

I agree, the rear one especially looks like a big mud scoop!

I had to use the CJ5 to rake hay and it was before removing the low range interlock, it would ball up the front driveshaft every 1/4 mile or less with the rake in the center of the drawbar. If I had time to get new bolts I would've moved it far driver. I would like to see how bad it balls up before and after. I would focus on the rear first if you have the interlock out and freewheeling hubs. The grass is not going to bother the front if it isn't spinning. I thought that guard was an agrijeep item?

    Say... that's pretty neat ^^

I like the skid plate add-on pieces--makes the skid plate less of a giant debris scoop. Plus it just better isolates the transmission and transfer case. The driveshaft shields, ehh, not so much.

Awesome! I searched on Google for them and didn't find that thread.
