I don't know much about these trailers, but would like to have one. I'm not a stickler for originality, but structural soundness and functionality are important. I'd look closely how that plywood floor is attached and supported. Those little shelf brackets are not acceptable IMO. I see some painted over rusty metal and paint on the tires. The comment about "seems to roll well" is a flag in my book. Ask yourself: How much will it cost to install a full set of lights? Are fenders required for your state? Once you have everything fixed, will your investment be worth it to you?
Just my 2 cents - I'd probably look a little longer.

It's an hour away so it's easy enough to look at after seeing more photos. Here's another that's complete and in better shape...for more money of course.

Does the first one have a title? if So I'd say it's ok priced. Has the original chains and hitch plus leg, that's great they are usually missing.

The one in Ocala is the third olded recorded on the Bantam T3C Web page database, and the oldest one I currently have pictures of.

I consider this one a reasonable price and a good investment.

It needs a little TLC to restore it to original but this would be a superb T3C for someone that has a 45 CJ2A.

I only hope someone does not get it and try to make a trail use trailer out of it and butcher the history in it.

Certainly better than rusting back into the earth as so many do...
