Heater core input/output

    Stupid question probably, but does it matter which pipe is the intake and output on a stock heater core for a cj5? I took my old one to a radiator shop to get looked over and I marked that one. Turns out, it was like swiss cheese, so they got a new one. I didn't get the old one back and didn't think to ask at the time.

    fix1frank 71 CJ5 225-t18 bone stock

    I have been trying to get a new heater core for my 71 CJ5 with out luck. Does the hose come out of your heater core in line with the core or at a 90 degree turn. The cores I found all come out of the tank on the side, mine comes straight out the end of the core / tank.
