I'm been trying to figure out how to set up my hand throttle
But I can't figure out were the wire hooks up to on the linkage?

it's stock hand throttle and carb linkage on Buick v6

I took it off about two years ago or it wasn't connected either way I don't know
    How it goes

    Thanks for any help

So many things get changed, modified, that it's hard to really say what you have is the original set-up. A pic of the loose end of cable and throttle side of carb would speak volumes.

Was the hand throttle available with the 225? I had thought it was only available with the F134.

Plenty of people have fitted a hand throttle - it may never have been a factory setup.

Sorry I assumed it was stock, sense it went with all the chrome on the tux edition

My very late 66 tux, with a V6 did not come with a throttle cable. The dealer had one, that had a round black knob that matched the other knobs like the head light switch. I used it for a while, but it hasn't been hooked up or used for very many years.

There definitely was a factory throttle cable that applied to the Kaiser era CJs - matching black knob printed with "THROTTLE" in white letters. However, I somehow recall that it only applied to the F134 Jeeps.
