What model is this seat for?

This was the passenger seat that came in my CJ5 but I know it is for either an M38A1 or a flat fender. Anyone know?

 

Looks like M38A1 type, but recovered with vinyl instead of OD canvas. But I wouldn't know about flat fender.

 

Looks like a 2A one to me based on how the front cross bar is raised up. I think the 3As and 3Bs had the front cross bars down lower.

 

I think Gnome is right. Not M38A1.

 

I just did some searching around and yes, that is definitely a 2A passenger seat.
