I have a 71 CJ5 Buick V6 T14 and a Dana18 with Warn OD. During my rebuild I have put in new clutch throwout bearing and fork. I did nothing to the T14. Herm rebuilt the OD and I installed a 2 stick conversion from him. I have it all back together including drivelines. my problem is that when i have it in gear, I can still roll it. I am assuming this is bad. what is most obvious and where should i start looking, or is this normal?

    Thanks

Sounds like either the OD is not going into gear, or the transfer case is not going into gear.

I'd be willing to bet the TC is not in gear. Make sure you have the right stick all the way engaged. I know on the GPW, it wants to hang in 3/4 of the way in

thank you all.... it was the TC case. I had fears of tearing it all apart. So glad it was simple.. on another note.... anyone have any tricks on keeping the rattle springs in place?

Use the original kind with a hole for the shaft, instead of an open slot.
