rebuild complete

    Finally finished my Transmission / Transfer Case / Over drive rebuild this weekend. All-n-all it wasn’t too bad, started with the transfer case and then on to the transmission and sent the overdrive to Herm for the rebuild. Rebuild kits and gears came from Novak used instructions from various web sites and manuals, used Vaseline for the assy lube and RTV black for the sealant. During the rebuild I added the twin stick setup to the transfer case. One thing to note: with the T18 / D18 setup with overdrive when the twin stick setup is added the overdrive shift rail interferes with the transfer case shifters and will need to be re-routed.

    Looks great. Any pics of the re-route? Hope to have that same problem myself at some point....
