Need help installing 19 spline lock right! Directions are useless!

I am in the process of putting a lock right in my tapered dana 44. The problem is the instructions leave a lot to be desired and this locker seems to bee to rare to have a 19 spline lock right write up anywhere online. All the lockright write-ups seem to include two "spacers" My lockright came with something similar but different. I'm not sure but from what I can tell the "Spacers" are only used on axle shafts with that have c-clips. If you don't have c-clips, you don't use them. What I am wondering is if I need to use the parts I have that are similar to spacers but not quite the same. The instructions mention nothing about it and the pictures are far to vague.

the parts I am referring to are in the center of the driver (left side of picture). They are similar to the spacers that come with other lockers which I believe are only used with c-clips. But they arn't exactly the same. Not sure if I use them or not

Also, the instructions say if I don't change my axle shaft setup, re use the thrust block. is this correct? I notice a lot of people leave them out.

Use the spacers, use the thrust block.
You need the thrust block for axle end play. The spacers aren't just used with c-clip axles. I'm not aware of any 19 spline c-clip axles.
