Specs For Front Bumper - 1979 CJ5

    I am trying to find the strength specs for an OEM front bumper on a 1979 Jeep CJ5 (i.e., how much force can the metal withstand before it bends). Does anyone know of an official source of the test specs on this bumper.

    I highly doubt that was ever officially released to anyone but the government to show they meet minimum standards at the time. I have to ask, why do you need this info?
