Yeah it sounded like a great idea didn't it.. My spring bushings were shot and needed replacement anyhow. So I order up a complete set from a well known aftermarket manufacterer.. Greasable.. Bolts come with zerks etc.. Poly bushings, what's not to like.. Installed last year.. Saturday I am out wheelin on easy 2-trak. I start hearing a new noise whenever I hit a small rock or rut.. Upon inspection I find the stationary bolt on the front drivers side has broke off and half is missing.. Hmmm I am guessin that the holes drilled to allow grease passage have weakened the bolt.. So now I plan on replacing the stationary bolts with grade 8 non-drill/zerked bolts.. Yeah I need a new bushing as well..

Long story short: I called the manufacturer today to get replacement poly bushings and sleeves. Since this is on the stationary spring mount I am going to replace all 4 with grade 8 bolts and forget about the greasable bolt. I called M.O.R.E. who I had originally purchased this hardware from to see if I could just buy the sleeves and poly bushings. I am happy to say that when they heard what happened they are sending the parts under warranty with no cost to me.. The fella I spoke with suggested I just go with grade 8 bolts which I had already intended to do..

So hats off to M.O.R.E. for standing behind their product without me even asking..

right on. I had a similar experience with Teraflex and they were also very accommodating.. Glad they handled their business!
