Hub Seal

    Anyone out there have a part number that I can cross-reference for a wheel bearing oil seal (hub seal- Dana 25 front axle) for a '55 CJ-5?

    going by your year and model, original Jeep P/N 805150 (small diameter)
    later Jeep P/N 938151 (larger diameter)
    please be aware that front wheel hubs are easily swapped as the spindles and the inside wheel bearings diameters are the same
    therefore, you could have later wheel hubs and bearings on your early CJ5
    you could try and cross the OEM part numbers
    someone else here should have National/CR seal numbers to use

    The later larger seal is National #8430s. Don't know the early # off the top of my head. Nickmil.
