I have a 69 CJ5 with a flanged Dana 44 rear. I also have a dual reservoir master cylinder. I will be putting front disc brakes on it this week. I was wondering if the same parts for the front work on the back? Also do I need to upgrade my M/C?

The rear can work with the same parts, but you need to make sure the disk is centered in the caliper. This may take some shimming and fussing. Others have done the conversion and it seems to work for them in the rear. Mine never worked right until I did a full float conversion on my d44. I also have power brakes and disks front and rear. Works awesome now.

Depends on how you are converting the front to disc brakes. There are many ways to do it and without knowing what parts you are using this is an impossible question to answer accurately.
