T176 Transmission???

    Does anyone know how much a newly rebuilt T176 is worth. There is a guy that wants to sale me a rebuilt one for $450.00. Please let me know if this is worth it. Thanks Jack

    I would think 450 might be steep. depends on rebuild though......some 'rebuilders' walk past slowly and think about not rebuilding it and then......voila! its rebuilt. If its been done correctly, that probably isn't too bad.

    Thanks for the info. I talked to the guy he said he has the bill of when he did it 2 months ago and it cost him $540 to rebuild it, new snchros, sliders, and bearings. Yeah im a comm guy. I like it here a lot better than 29 Palms. Thanks again for the info. if you have anymore please let me know. Thanks Jack :)
