225 oil pan on 231

    Whats the deal... I bolte dit on, it fit good... I started engine... engine has a bottom end knock... shut if off, craw under and theres dents at the top where the rods smackin the pan.... no one told me this was an issue.... Can I smack the spot with a hammer and knock it out enough to clear, ro should I put the 2wd pan back on scince I have the room for it?

    No ive got one... a few actualy.... anyway to make the 225 one work on the 231?

    What I needs a passanger manifold... for 225....lol
