Transfer Case Shifting Forks D18

    Where to find dimensions of dana 18 transfer case. My clearance was around .020 too much but is it forks or gears?
    Nothing listed in factory repair manual.
    Novac kit said .008?

    You would have to have a LOT of slop in shifting forks for them not too work. I would just use what you have.

    The rear output end play I believe is speced at .004-.008".

    I rebushed my shift arms and made a new shift pin, but only because I could.. For them not to work.. I'm not sure you can wear then out that bad.
