Heater Help

Wondering if anybody can tell me where the vacuum line that feeds the heater switch in the dash hook into the engine on a 65 CJ5? F134 Engine.

Also fixing to add a WTB for a few mixing parts...

 

There is a small vacuum line under the carb on the intake manifold that goes to the heater control that works the heater doors. Good Luck.

 

Which post does it go on

 

It goes from the manifold to the heater control switch, It is about 1/8" hose.

 

I assume by "post" you are talking about the three fittings on the control. Two of those go to vacuum canisters (dashpots) that operate the flaps in the heater box, the other is for the vacuum supply line coming from the manifold. I don't remember which is which but I figured it out on mine by looking at how the vacuum control switch works, it is a simple device.

If you can't figure it out, someone will probably know, if not I can take a look at mine again.

What are "mixing parts" ?
