Overdrive Shifter Rattle

    Has anyone with overdrives experience their overdrive shifter rattling when driving? Mine doesn’t rattle much when shifted in Direct, but when it’s in Overdrive, it gets the shakes pretty bad at times. Has anyone used those anti-rattle clips for the OD shifter to keep it still?

    Yes the lever should be equipped with the anti rattle spring clip.

    my overdrive shifter has an old one from the two stick transfercase or something.

    Yup...rattle clips on both my ODs as well as on the D18 twin sticks...same clip.
