    So, trying to see about getting build sheet for my 75 CJ5, but it appears there are only 13 characters in my VIN instead of the 17 everyone is asking for. Where do i go from here ?

    Mostly restraint system. I have lap belts only. There is no bung in the roll bar for shoulder belt, so, in case I’m pulled over for that, I would have docs to show

    Lap belts only up til ‘79 shoulder came out that year.
