65 Tuxedo Park Rebirth Started

History:
Barn find.
4 cyl. F134
3 speed T90A
Dana 25 and 44 Warn hubs.
Single stick transfer case with p.t.o.
Body and frame great shape.
Motor locked but got it freed up.
Compression at first 45, 0, 35, 80
Adjusted intake and exhaust valves now getting 85, 55, 85, 95.
Carter Carb is total mess. Will try to get carb cleaned out and maybe fired up if low compression allows it.
Previous owner must have been a Fisherman because drivers seat is a bass boat seat and gas tank is a outboard motor tank.

Distributor had points plate in glovebox with no cap hold down clips or screws to be found. Using zip ties for now.
Oil pump indexed wrong because rotor is way off on Distributor at T.D.C.
Wiring is laughable and all will need to be replaced.

#11614 should have a column shift T90c transmission.

My Tux had Collum shift, I put floor shift in it, but I still have the complete three on the tree, and the trans. The collum shift was too worn and sloppy.

 

Wonder how this Tux is coming along now that it's been a year.
