Flat Exhaust Manifold To Socket Connection Adapter

After 3 long months, my Waldron exhaust for my 69 CJ5 V6 finally arrived. My basket case was missing the heat riser. Luckily, I ordered two of the gaskets that were listed. Seems all the connections are ball and socket, so not sure what these were for. The hole in the manifold was too small for them and there didn't seem to be enough material to open the hole to fit the metal ring
I was able to utilize an old exhaust flange from a 350 Skylark that had a similar bolt pattern and a bigger hole to create an adapter for the gasket to socket connection. Hopefully it holds up for a long while.
