    These Vixens are really great RVs. Not really BMW, but powered by a Steyr Puch 6 cyl turbo diesel, same as used in the mid’80s BMW 524 (my dad had one), and Lincoln Continental Mk llV. The Vixen drives more like a car, gets around 25+mpg, and fits in a conventional home garage. The biggest issues are roof leaks that end up rotting the floors out. I’ve looked at two in the past decade, but never pulled the trigger. I really like these.
    I think the asking price is high. The ones I’ve looked at were $10-$12,000 in decent shape, but they both sold pretty quickly.
