Great shape. Too much bling for a Jeep though. Not a fan of the fancy spare tire.

I looked into BaT one time. The following statement is frequently used, but I find it misleading: xyz component(s) are said to have been overhauled.
BaT has 'experts' to help you write up the written sales pitch. This is just CYA, but a seller should try to show receipts or proof of rework.

Agreed, BAT's legalese descriptions are annoying.

A bullnose convertible just doesn’t look right. It would be better looking if they used the ‘72-up CJ long front fenders an hood with the early ‘71-down grill.
Nice fit and finish, and great engine, just the wrong front sheet metal!

Not a fan of the dimensions. Regular Commandos are kind of cool looking. This bullnose looks long and too civilized for a Jeep. Doesn't look like something you could take off-road.

Agree with others that the bullnose doesn't really work with the Jeepster style back end. Lots of really nice work for an ultimately ugly result. Having a 401 is nice though.

I like the front end, but I like hardtops better. This one needs an inch or two of lift.

    It does look sharp....
But with a label like SEMA-Exhibited jeep, we should presented a better product.
The rocker seams are showing rust, brake rotors were obviously turned and re installed as they are crusty, factory orange paint is showing through the trans cover, factory paint showing through the black rattle can on the firewall, universal joints in the front axles are crusty as all get out, tie rod ends are globbed in grease/dirt with painted over the top.....
Looks like more of a flip than a build.
The Jeepster that Sam (Parts dude 4x4) restored is way nicer.
That said.... I'd totally Rubicon this one.

That is a good looking commando. The one on BAT is a nice build, but like others said, just not as good looking.

I like that Commando. Putting together those models is for cold rainy days. Still got some I have to assemble myself. I'm sure it was cheaper than BAT.
