Station wagons are on fire these days, I remember when I was young NO ONE wanted a station wagon! Back in the mid 80's I bought a cherry 68 Impala wagon, because I wanted the 327 in it. That engine went in a Scout, and the rest of the car to the crusher.

That 1960 wagon is the same body as my dad’s first car I remember, only ours was the Nomad version. I believe the hierarchy was Brookwood, Impala, then the top trim was Nomad. Ours was Roman red with red interior. It was a special order car for the zone manager of the Norwood, Ohio assembly plant, but was delivered late. My dad’s Navy buddy in WW2 was a Chevy dealer outside Cincinnati, and called up my dad when this car became available. It had a lot of options that were not normally available.
A lot of memories in that car! its rare today to see a Chevy wagon from this era. This car should sell very quickly!

I love station wagons, always have. My first car was a ‘72 Vega GT wagon. I currently have an ‘01 BMW 525it wagon, and have had a few wagons in between.
This ‘66 GTO tribute is awesome. The only thing keeping it from being perfect is the 200R4, but that can be easily fixed with a 4L60.
Even the color is perfect, nearly the same as my project ‘66 Chevelle convertible which is Aztec Bronze w/bronze interior. Best of luck on bidding on a car that should have been made by Pontiac.
