That's a nice start for someone!
The rear end needs work, but is already set up for full floating.

 

Check out those gauges...all ready for the passenger to see, who doesn't even have a seat!

 

I wonder what transmission it has

 

Somebody, smarter than me, might be able to ID the tranny with the shifter cane. It doesn't look like a T14, at least not the T14s I've seen.
It almost looks like a 4 speed, but shifter canes can be modified, I know.

 

I had to modify my sm465 shifter, that's why I was wondering.

 

From the rebuilt transmission cover, it looks like it has some sort of 4 spd.
