I rebuilt front standoffs and used Permatex contact cement to hold 1/4” thick neoprene rubber pads in place. There are two standoffs in back on the hat channel that look like they should get the same thing, but h don’t want to add too much bulk to that area that would keep other points from contacting. Any ideas whether I need an insulator on those standoffs?

You are not going to be able to tell what you need for sure until the body is on with the mounts that you will be using.
There may be some leveling of the body required.

I realize I would need to take the body off to contact cement it, but is leveling generally something that can be done without taking off the tub?

you can pry up the body (or use a jack) and put shims or whatever in there.
