WTB Original Horn For 1970 Cj5.

I need an original, functional 12V pancake horn for my 1970 CJ5 restoration.

not that these two might work . from what I see in pictures . only one terminal . so a use of a horn relay would be required

 

Disregard previous post and see below...sorry for any confusion.

 

The original horn had a positive wire that was always hot, the button in the steering wheel closed the negative side of the circuit. No relays.

 

Grant is correct here. I had forgotten I changed my horn connection with the total rewire many years ago. I'm still convinced it is original. It just does not have power applied until I hit the button. I'm not using a relay, and the horn switch is rated for 4 amps intermittent duty.

Twin2 mentioned a single terminal which is how I remembered mine. But as you can see in my photo, I grounded the second terminal. This modern way of horn wiring opened up more possibilities (hence the link for the Roadrunner horn), but since my beep-beep horn works, I kept it for something still original on my resto-mod.
