Too bad the back is so torn up. I'd still like to have it!

Would be nice if someone used it for a pattern to make new ones. Looks to be shrunk a bit.

That whole top looks crispy and rotted. It would be a pattern at best. His price is a joke, but it does come with a frame and bows.
Yes, its a shame white tops have been out of production for early Jeeps for decades.
Here in Florida, a white top is almost a necessity in the summer sun. Black and brown tops make a Jeep feel like an oven.

Yep. At most, good for the hardware, maybe $100.

The MB, GPW, and CJ2A were the only ones that had brackets on the back corners to hold the poles for the top.

My 56 tub has the outer top bracket on the rear.
A 66 tub I had did also, not sure when they went away.

I thought CJ-5s had them up into the early 60's? Like this barn find 15,000 mile 1960 Jeep: https://barnfinds.com/77935-2/

Mid 60's at least, only missing (maybe) on units that came with the factory hard top.

The CJ5 rear top bow sockets disappeared sometime in the ‘66 model year.

Kayline furnished bow pockets that you installed on the outside with their tops.
We threw boxes of those out when we closed....

Fabric is still nice, to bad about all the windows. Wonder if you could get new vinyl windows made and have heat seamed again??
