I am installing a new fiberglass kit on my '75 frame. I'm gonna bolt the grill to the front cross member, then the fenders, then the tub sitting on the frame. Once I bolt the body parts togather temporarily, I'll square it up and drill the holes for the rear cross member and the two front mounts. This will maintain the squareness untill all other mounting holes are drilled. The grill mount is the only consistant reference point of the whole system, that's why I'm doing mine this way.

Just my .02 ;) Good luck

What spud said. I have a few things to add though. Remember that the glass bodies are not perfect and to double check everything. Once you get it squared up I would figure out your hieghts and get the rest of the mounts in. Check on differant areas of the body to make sure that they are square, level and the same as its counter part on the opposite side. Also find a freind, or a junk yard with the same model Jeep and make cardboard templates of were everything mounts on the body. This is the best/easiest way IMO.
