ive just done a soa swap using wrangler springs and now im going to tackle the steering. i have a saggy 4 bolt ps box, an AA mount and still have the stock d27. my question is what to do about the drag link from the pitman arm to the tie rod. should i just bend some heavy wall tubing in an "s" shape or use a heim joint setup. is there a histeer conversion or is it even worth the effort on the d27?:? any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hows about trying a drop pitman arm? Depending how you mount the steering box you might be able to get it close. I'd recomend not bending the drag link. If you had a D30 I believe you could just bolt flat top D44 knuckles on it and run some common high steer arms.

    Hope that helps.
