I would like to know if my 1972 CJ5, with drum/drum stock brakes, had any sort of metering valve from the factory. If it did, where was it mounted ont the jeep, and where I can purchase one?

    Thanks Frankie G

The poportioning valve came out in 1974 and was located on inner side of driver side frame rail almost directly under/in line with the firewall. I am not sure if the master cylinder was the same or not.
